Totem is the booking system Kush AI Automation built and runs for its own businesses. When you book a call with us, you book it through Totem. It lives at book.kushautomation.com.

What Totem does with Google Calendar

A business owner connects their Google Calendar to Totem through Google's own permission screen. Totem then does two things with it, and nothing else:

• Checks busy times. Before it shows open times on a booking page, Totem asks the calendar which times are already taken, so nobody can book over an existing meeting. It uses only the start and end of those times.
• Adds the booked meeting. When someone books, Totem puts that one meeting on the calendar with the guest invited. It moves the meeting if the guest reschedules, and removes it if they cancel.

Privacy

How Totem handles Google data is set out in our privacy policy. The owner can disconnect Totem at any time, from Totem itself or from their Google Account.
