Before you spend twenty thousand dollars, spend six on knowing it is the right twenty.
The audit looks at your week and finds three to five things worth automating. That is the right first step, and it is not enough to design a system on. Ninety minutes tells you what hurts. It does not tell you what to build, in what order, or what will break when you do.
The Blueprint is two to three weeks on the whole operation. Every process, every system, every handoff between people who have never had to describe what they do. You leave with an architecture and a sequence — and you can take both to anyone.
It is credited in full against a Desk or a Product, so choosing to build with us costs nothing extra for having thought first.
It is not a longer audit, and it is not a proposal in disguise.
Two things get sold under this name that are not this.
Not a bigger audit
The audit is one session and a ranked list. The Blueprint interviews the people who do the work, reads the systems, and maps how information actually moves — including the parts nobody has written down because one person has always just known them.
Not a sales document
A proposal exists to be signed. An architecture exists to be built from, by anyone. If the honest answer is that two workflows and no system is the right call, the Blueprint says that, and it costs us the larger sale.
Not a slide deck
It is a working document: system diagram, data flows, integration constraints, a sequenced build order with dependencies, and the risks named where they sit.
Not open-ended
Two to three weeks, one fixed fee, one named operation. A second department is a second Blueprint, quoted separately, so the scope cannot quietly grow.
Five documents, and you own all of them.
- 01
The operation, mapped
Every process in the department, where it starts, who touches it, what system it lives in, and where it waits. Most businesses have never seen this on one page.
You provideAccess to watch the work, and the people who do it.FormatDiagram plus written narrative. - 02
The architecture
What the system would be: the components, how they connect, where the data sits, which integrations are needed and which are impossible.
Feasibility is decided here, not after you have paid to build.
IncludesEvery integration checked against the real API or export, not assumed.NamesWhat cannot be built, and why. - 03
The build order
What to build first, and what has to exist before each next piece. Sequenced by dependency and payback rather than by enthusiasm.
You getA staged plan you can fund one stage at a time.IncludesWhat is safe to stop after. - 04
The risk register
Where this could go wrong, written down before anyone has an incentive to be optimistic. Data you cannot reach, a process that only looks standard, a decision that has to stay with a person.
WhyOn our own systems 4 of 27 scheduled runs once left no record. Published.FormatNamed risk, likely impact, what we would do about it. - 05
The quote
A fixed price for building it, based on an architecture rather than a guess — which is the only reason a fixed price on a system is honest.
You getA fixed number: $20,000–60,000 for a Desk, or $60,000–$150,000+ for a Product.Your decisionBuild with us, build with someone else, or build nothing. The Blueprint is yours in all three cases.
Start with the audit, or start here.
If you already know the whole department needs rebuilding, the audit is a step you can skip. If you are not sure yet, the $500 audit answers that first and is credited too.
